How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How long will it take to receive my silhouette?
Our pieces are worth the wait. Typically, orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, transit to the UK generally takes 4–9 business days. You can expect your package within 6–12 business days total.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched from our atelier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey.

Can I change or cancel my order?
To ensure swift delivery, we begin fulfillment almost immediately. You have a 4-hour window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. After this time, the architecture of your order is set in motion and cannot be altered.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?
Unlike modern fast fashion, our bodices are designed to define the form. We recommend measuring your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso) and referring to the specific size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more dramatic cinch.

Do these pieces have real boning?
Yes. Our corsets and bodices utilize high-quality structural boning to provide that signature Havente silhouette while maintaining enough flexibility for you to breathe and move with grace.

How do I style a Havente bodice?
The beauty of our pieces lies in their versatility. For a classic cottagecore look, layer over a billowing linen chemise. For a modern edge, try cinching a Versailles Brocade over a crisp button-down shirt or even a lightweight knit sweater.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.

How do I start a return?
Simply email our support team at support@havente.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return label to ensure the process is seamless.

Do you offer exchanges?
To get your new piece as quickly as possible, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired size or style simultaneously.

Product Care

How do I clean my Havente pieces?
Due to the delicate nature of our brocades and structural boning, we recommend spot cleaning or professional dry cleaning only. Avoid machine washing, as it may compromise the integrity of the silhouette.

My corset is a bit stiff—is this normal?
Much like a new pair of leather boots, a structured bodice needs a "breaking-in" period. Wear it for an hour or two at a time for the first few days to allow the materials to mold to your unique curves.
