1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Every order is handled with the utmost care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition. Please note that specific carriers and routing may vary slightly depending on your exact location and order details.
2. Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay.
3. Order Processing Timeline
We work diligently to prepare your order without unnecessary delays. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Order Edits & Cancellations
Because our logistics are designed to process and dispatch your pieces as quickly as possible, we have a very narrow window to make changes to an order. If you need to update a shipping address or cancel your order, please contact support@havente.com within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed by our facility, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

- Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website’s tracking portal. Please note that it can take up to 48 to 72 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link with visible transit movements.
7. Shipping Restrictions
To ensure secure delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or restricted areas. Please ensure a physical residential or business address is provided at checkout.
8. Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or multiple missed attempts, the package may be returned to our atelier. If this occurs, our team will reach out to you to arrange a new shipment. Please note that re-shipping may incur additional fees.
9. Secure Delivery
We ensure your order reaches the destination provided at checkout. However, Havente cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." If you are concerned about the security of your delivery location, we highly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely to receive the package promptly upon arrival.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages (In Transit)
Your experience matters to us. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@havente.com. We will step in, work directly with the carrier to investigate, and resolve the issue swiftly.
