Return & Refund Policy

At Havente, we want you to be completely enamored with your new silhouette. If a piece does not perfectly suit your story, we are here to assist with your return.

The 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Swimwear & Intimate Apparel

For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel (including bodysuit-style silhouettes) may only be returned if the original hygiene liner is intact and has not been removed or tampered with. We kindly ask that you try these items on over your own lingerie. Pieces returned with missing or damaged hygiene strips will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@havente.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our support team cannot be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Upon the arrival of your package, please inspect your items immediately. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong piece, contact us right away. We are committed to evaluating the issue and making it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of quality, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Items: Custom orders or personalized pieces.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you receive the piece you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK & European Union Statutory Rights

In addition to our 30-day policy, customers in the UK and European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The item must still meet our original condition requirements as stated above.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
